Tools that help short-form creators grow.

What I do

This is an independent software practice focused on content tooling for short-form video creators. The software helps a creator:

• draft and refine video scripts in their own voice;
• assemble and edit reels from their existing footage;
• publish and schedule posts to their connected social accounts; and
• review engagement so they can do more of what works.

The tools are operated by, and on behalf of, the creator whose accounts are connected — they remain in control of what is published.

Instagram integration

With a creator's explicit authorization, the software connects to their Instagram professional account through Meta's official Instagram API (Instagram Login). It is used only to act on that creator's own account — to publish content they have approved, retrieve post insights, and manage comments and lead messages. This policy explains what data the software accesses when a creator connects their account, how it is used and stored, and how to have it deleted. It applies to the connected-account owner who authorizes the integration.

What is accessed

Only after the account owner authorizes it, and only for their own account:

• Instagram account info — username and account ID.
• Media & insights — the account's posts, captions, and engagement metrics (e.g. reach, likes, comments, saves, views).
• Comments — comments on the account's media, to manage replies and keyword-based lead responses.
• Access token — the authorization token Meta issues so the software can act on the account on the owner's behalf.
• Lead events — when a connected automation (e.g. ManyChat) reports that a viewer commented a tracked keyword.

How it is used

• To publish or schedule content the account owner has approved.
• To show the owner their own engagement and lead performance.
• To manage comments and respond to keyword leads at the owner's direction.

The data is not sold and is not used for advertising to third parties.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a secured database (Supabase) accessible only via server-side credentials. Processing partners that may handle data on our behalf include Meta Platforms (the Instagram API), Supabase (database and storage), and, where the creator uses them, automation/AI providers such as ManyChat and Anthropic. Each is used only to deliver the features above.

Retention

Data is kept only while the account remains connected. When the owner disconnects the app or requests deletion, their stored data and tokens are removed (see below).

Your choices

The account owner can revoke access at any time from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites), which immediately invalidates the access token, or by requesting deletion as described in the next section.

Data Deletion

To have your data deleted, either:

• Revoke access in Instagram — go to Settings → Apps and websites → Active, remove the app, and its stored tokens are invalidated; or
• Email a request to edvin.rigstedt@gmail.com with the connected Instagram username. Stored data for that account (tokens, media metrics, comments, and lead events) will be deleted, and you'll receive confirmation.

Requests are actioned promptly, normally within a few business days.
